This lovely brand new Maisonette is located just 100m from the promenade (seafront) of Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay. It is located in a brand new block of self-catering holiday apartments and a penthouse. Apartment specifications: The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a back terrace of 12 sqm with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). The Apartment measures 50 sqm internally. The apartment has a double bed and the possibility to add an extra single bed and a bathroom . The apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
100 kWh per 1 bedroom apartment per week;
150 kWh per 2 bedrooms apartment per week;
200 kWh per 3 bedrooms apartment per week.
These consumption references for water and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them to stay within the limits included in the price.
If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.38 per kWh for electricity and €5.60 per cubic meter for water.
The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.
Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month (without the use of air-condition).
Village Neighborhood
The property is located in a quiet street, but very close to the centre of Bugibba, St Paul's Bay. In the area one can find grocery shops, pharmacies, bus stops, restaurants, dining al fresco, bars, etc, They are all within a few meters or within easy walking distance. Close by there is also the Malta national Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), good takeaways, alfrescos, etc. Bugibba is a lovely touristic destination. It has many nice rocky beaches, a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches. Please, find below some distances:

We do not offer private parking facilities. However, there are public parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis and they are free of charge. You are welcome to park in the white designated parking boxes. Please be mindful not to park on yellow lines or block garage doors
No parties
We will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Furthermore, guests should pay attention to comply with social and ethical rules, not to make noise to cause a disturbance, no parties, no loud music are allowed and not to engage in any activities that are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace of their neighbors at all times. No outdoor, or loud indoor, music is permitted from 22:00 to 07:00.
In the interests of safety, due care should be taken at the Property at all times, especially with children. Children should never be left unattended in the premises.
